The product itself is quite sturdy BUT, the holes on both racks were not completely drilled through so had to re-drill before hanging. Also, the caps to cover the screws are junk . . . I was wondering why 8 were sent when only 4 is needed; of the 8, only 2 fit and the other 6 cracked when trying to press them on over the screws.
