Ordered 2 packages of the heirloom silver and the color was not the same on them.
3 pulls were missing threads so could not be attached to the cabinets
Missing screws for half our order so had to purchase at Home Depot

Beautiful drawer pulls

First of all, these handles are wonderful. I got the "5-inch" style. They are solid steel and are deceptively heavy when you go to pick up your package. (They were not lying! It’s a small box, but it really does weigh almost 11 lbs.) They come individually packaged and contained two screw lengths. The only drawback I could possible identify was that they are NOT 5-inch (128 mm) on center despite the drawing. They are actually 13 cm or 5.12 inch (5-1/8) on center. This was not an issue with me (new construction), but if you are replacing older handles you may need to make your screw holes larger. The standoff posts should be able to easily cover the larger holes. Again, not a problem in my case and I would gladly buy them again should the need arise.

Looks better than comparable hsndles at same price point

Handles look nice and are priced very well. They are a good bit lighter feeling than ones I’ve used in the past, but overall look nice and do the job

I really like the color and shape of these pulls and how they look on our cabinets. They are kind of light weight but
that is not noticeable so I'm totally happy with them
