Had issues with keeping Back door open and this has worked out well. Especially when we are out working in the yard or when my child is coming in and out from playing outside. We don't have to deal with the door closing on us!

These did a good job of holding open heavy metal doors with top closers. Hold well even on polished concrete when installed at correct height.

This door stop is not the cheapest flip down door stop you can buy, but it works great. My previous door stop kept falling down, which was really annoying. With this one, you simply step on the lever to lower the stop, so you don't have to bend over and it stays up until you want it down. I recommend it.

Never saw difference in door stopperuntil now. It was very Easy to install than expected. One of the highlight of this stopper was it’s height can be adjusted and it can be locked. Satisfied with the product.
