After measuring the screw head slots on the back, one on the center line and one on the outside edge, I drilled the screw holes and then attempted to mount the hook. Did not fit on the screw heads, could not get it on all three. Pulled it down and then measured the screw head slots and found on edge was 300mm from the center, and the other is 304mm. I was forced to lower the wall hook and drill new holes again to account for the asymmetry. Disappointed that Umbra's poor quality control forced the extra work

We love our new towel bar for the bathroom. We have a small bathroom and needed a towel bar that didn't stick out too far. This fits the space perfectly. It is as described in the ad and the quality is okay.

Living in the Pacific Northwest, we needed an easy way to hang up our dripping wet rain gear as soon as we entered our apartment. This hook set came in supremely handy, as it can hold all our coats, jackets, dog leashes, etc. as soon as we get inside, without tracking dampness all over our place. The hooks were a bit of a tight fit onto our door, but that seems to keep the hooks perfectly in place. We keep it chock full of items, and it hasn't sagged or bent in any way. We're thinking of pulling the trigger on ordering another set for the bathroom.

The anchors prevent the wooden plate from sitting flush from the wall. Nice wood and quality though otherwise.

Nice product. Very modern looking. I bought two of them for my foyer (one mount low for the kids and one mounted high for the adults).
Pros: Wood construction is very nicely done and feels very high quality. Hooks move from the stowed to the in use position very smoothly.
Cons: Mounting holes in back are simple 'key hole' slots for the heads of screws which must be wall mounted. These key holes are not spaced at 16" centers, so wall anchors must be used for at least one of the mounts. Also, one of the two came shipped in the box with the mounting hardware missing.

Bought this for vacation so we could have a place to hang clothes rather than throw them around on the bed.. . Works great for travel and now using at home for our bathroom closet. Nice and sturdy. Well made, not flimsy, several hooks to hang clothes . Closet door closes easily. Love this product.
