These are junk - plain and simple. They look nice, but they are so poorly made that they break during installation. Don't screw the pegs into the back with pliers, per the directions - the pegs will break off. And don't - let me repeat - don't try to install these into the holes you have to drill first, unless you are 100% absolutely positively certain that the holes are drilled the right size, in exactly the right spot, and are exactly horizontal. If you do and all of those requisites are not met - a peg will snap off. Read the instructions, understand the instructions, and do not make the slightest mistake. And - have caulk handy to hold them in place once 'installed' - and painters tape to hold them to the house overnight while the caulk sets up. They are pretty - but they are finicky and will break if you breathe on them. It's a horrible design, but if you can get them up in one piece and the moon phases are correct and you sacrifice a small animal, you might get a good result. Otherwise, you'll be buying at least one replacement number and re-installing it. I do a LOT of home improvement projects - and rarely have any problems - but this one is tricky - cheap materials, cheap workmanship and bad design all contribute to making this much more delicate and difficult than it should be.
