This is a decent product that made our house a beacon for anyone trying to find a house number day or night. Works as advertised, easy assembly and should last. Even got a second set of numbers out of package to put on my mailbox.

The mounting studs are the cheapest material possible and break off easily. After I got the first number installed successfully I have been through 3 of the second number. I thought I was being too rough but I tried several times to gently, evenly tap the number in and the studs buckled and broke. The third time, the stud sheared off just trying to screw it into the number. The threads didn't seem to match. Too bad because they are nice looking and the numbers themselves seem to be of good quality.

I'm glad I wasn't scared off by all the bad reviews. I was willing to gamble on them for only $6 each since others were 3-4x that amount. They worked out really well for me! I did take the advice of another reviewer and checked the accuracy of each template. Some were a little off so I dabbed a little nail polish on the back of each screw and set it on top of the template. I used that guide to drill my holes. A 3/16" bit would be better if you have it, but I destroyed mine midway thru and had to switch to 1/4" per instructions. It was ok, but just left a bigger whole to fill. They look great!

Delivered on time and the numbers look beautiful on the house. They appear well made with a little weight to them. Easy to see from across the street. Well worth the money.

It is too thin. When I peel it off one number of the sticker. It broke the corner of it already.

The special connecting hardware they provide is necessary but it is so flimsy that it can foil your address number sign. That's what happened to me. They made their hardware from compressed metal powder, not forged or cast metal. It's a cheap way to mass produce lowest-quality hardware and connectors. So when I lightly hammering the numbers with a rubber mallet to sink them into a pre-drilled, soft poplar wood base, they cracked. Guys really? Spend a few pennies and give your customers something they can work with please.
