Very strong magnet, works even for heavy doors. I'm using them for residential interior doors and they are much stronger than I'd like; but, they work!! Installation is a bit challenging but it's a breeze after you've done the 1st one!

This was easy to install and simple to use. We have this on the door between the garage and the house and it makes it a lot easier to get groceries in to the house.
Update 2: After about 2 months of having the first one I wound up buying a second one. Our Roomba kept shutting the door to our laundry room (which is also where the cat box is) and this was a life saver. No more trapped Roomba, but still easy to close the door when we don't want to hear the washer and dryer.

Very clean design and easy to install. I was afraid that the magnetic would not hold the doors, since I live a very wind place, but that is working just fine.
