Seems well machined and sturdy. Straightforward to fit the base plate but I did use heavier duty wall plugs than the very skinny ones supplied. the hook assembly fits over the base plate and locates well, secured by an allen screw (key provided). The three hooks swing to lie flat on the wall or door to the right as you look at it. But only the bottom hook swings to the left side (45 degrees) which gives a slightly odd asymmetric feel but it all works just fine. Chrome finish smooth and even throughout. These swingarm triple hooks have come in very handy in our apartment with very limited storage. I need to find an item that would fit in a small space/corner for out clothing. This was the perfect solution. I placed one about mid wall the other further up. Keeps the clothed hanging neatly and off the floor or crumpled in a corner. They are very sturdy and made out of very good materials. The brushed chrome finish is well done and looks exactly as pictured. When installed and tightened properly, these hooks will not come off your wall. Overall, I highly recommend this buy.
